Shipping Policies, Exceptions and Exclusions

  • It is the customers responsibility to have the area where they wish the furniture to be placed and the path to that place free of hazards, debris and obstruction and to verify and ensure that the furniture will fit past any stairs, doorways, openings, etc. to the desired location.

  • Due to liability, we will not assemble cribs or attach anything whatsoever to a wall or structure and absolutely will not remove doors, windows or perform any structural alterations to enable passage for a delivery.

  • We will remove any and all shipping material involved with our delivery, but don’t include moving or removal of any existing furniture or items

The Amish Faith embodies minimalistic living. Our company attempts to emulate that lifestyle, rejecting the use of cardboard and especially Styrofoam. We utilize reusable padded blankets with long lifespans to carefully wrap our cargo and transition it safe and damage free to the end customer.

Do you provide International delivery?

We will work with you to find an appropriate shipping company to help

you get your purchase to your location.

What are your delivery options?

White Glove  Our premier service. The furniture is transported to the location specified by the customer, light assembly is performed if necessary and shipping materials are removed. This is inside delivery.  Our driver will bring your furniture to the room you want it placed in, put it together and set it up for you. Please see details for exceptions and exclusions.

Curb Side:  Our most cost effective service. The furniture is delivered onto the customer’s property. Shipping materials are removed, but no assembly is included.  Our driver will bring your order into your garage or porch area that has minimal steps/stairs.  Or we will place it with care in a safe area outside of your home that you designate.

ABOUT FTL

FTL founder, Peter Hershberger, grew up Amish and learned the value of hard work,

dedication and integrity. In 2016, Pete started Ridgetop, LLC,

a small business dedicated to transporting the handcrafted furniture

Amish communities in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania

produce to the end customer and for furniture stores around the country.

Over the last five years Pete’s hard work has allowed him to

expand the business to employ multiple drivers on multiple routes

covering the United States from the Mississippi River eastward and growing!

For orders West of the Mississippi River, FTL partners will be utilized for

those delivery services with the same quality and care FTL ensures.

How do I track my order?

Anything East of Interstate 35 has tracking capability.  Orders are scanned in at the warehouse, then again when the order is loaded - so you're along for the ride each step of the way.

A delivery day and 3 hour window notification will be set for you.

How can I contact your couriers?

Once order goes into the system and is scheduled for pick up,  an email goes out to notify you of your shipment tracking number and delivery schedule.  You will be able to communicate directly with the FTL drivers through email and phone.
