Hardware:
If not specified on your purchase orders, all furniture will have the standard hardware as shown on the product page. Some products have specific hardware options listed on the product page or item details. Any custom hardware will be an additional charge accordingly.
Fabrics:
We use Heartland Fabrics where applicable for benches, dining nooks, chest benches and some outdoor furniture. We use Millersburg Upholstery for some outdoor furniture. If you choose a premium fabric from Heartland, please add an additional $10 per cushion. (prices subject to change; estimate only)
We also use Greenhouse Fabrics. If you choose from this vendor, please add an additional $8 per cushion, for premium add additional $18.(prices subject to change; estimate only)
Cushion Definitions:
Loose Cushion: Is a cushion that fits on top of the lid, seat or bench, and is removable.
Upholstery Seat: Fabric is pressed and stapled right to the product and is not removable.

Finishing:
Finisher options will be noted for specific item groups. We do have some builders that complete their own finishing. Some builders may use a specific finishing shop for those who do not complete their own stain and paint finishing. All options are listed here on our Finishing Options page.
Wood Species:
Our builders work with a variety of wood types. These will be noted on the store pages and listed on the quote request forms.
Some of the woods featured are: Northern Red oak, Brown Soft, Maple (Br Mpl), Cherry (Chy), Hard Maple (H Mpl), Quarter Sawn White Oak (Qswo), Hickory, Elm, Walnut, Rustic Cherry (R Chy), Rustick Hickory (R Hick), Rustic Quarter Sawn White (R Qswo), Pine and Aspen.
Samples of these are listed here on our Finishing Options page. Make sure to note what wood options are available for the item you wish to purchase. Not all products are available in all woods. Also please check wood and stain compatibility charts when selecting those options.
