If you aren’t completely satisfied, we will be happy to refund you upon return of the ordered product. In some cases there may be a restocking fee. Don’t hesitate to contact us for any issue.

SMS Communications
Simon-Pure may send transactional text messages related to orders, deliveries, customer service, appointments, and showroom updates. Promotional texts may also be sent occasionally with your consent. Message frequency varies.
You may opt-out anytime by replying STOP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number is used solely for communication with Simon-Pure and is not shared or sold to third parties.
Productions Times & Warranty
PRODUCTION Time:
8 Weeks would be a projected normal turn-around time for larger furniture items, however these times vary between builders. 16 weeks from date of order until delivery to a customer is not an un-common turn-around time.
QUICK SHIP ITEMS:
These are products the builder usually has on hand and ready to go, so the shipping time is greatly reduced.
Smaller items, and those capable of shipment via UPS usually have much shorter turn-around times.
WARRANTY:
Most of our builders will repair any furniture that is manufactured defect within 1 year of purchase date. Please check info on your product page for specific product warranty statements.
If your purchase is within warranty, our builders will accept your return products that have a manufacturer defect or shipping damage. Builders will work with us to make your order correct or refund your purchase price.
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT Terms: Net 30 Days
When we place an order with our builders, they will need a down payment towards that production cost. Remember, in most cases, your item is made-to-order. Often, it is customized to your specifications. In order to guarantee they are compensated for this work, we are required to get a payment from you up-front.
We prefer 50% down at time of order and the remaining 50% when the item ships to you. However, we know times are tough all around, so we will work with you on payment arrangements.
A finance charge of 2% per month will be added to all invoices past 30 days after item has shipped.
A minimal re-stocking fee will be assessed for returned items. Item pricing may fluctuate base on builders and building supplies cost during certain time periods.
